Firstly I would just like to say a massive thankyou to you and all the staff. For the first time for a very long time I wave Hannah off in the morning with absolute confidence that she will be looked after properly. Hannah is the happiest I have seen her in a very long time and she has made so much progress, her confidence and self esteem have increased massively. She actually wants to go to Satori House - I dont have to bribe her !!!! It has made such a difference to family life so once again

My daughter accesses Satori House two days a week. This is a wonderful day centre for young adults with additional needs, locally based in Solihull, and it has changed her life! It’s given her new friendships in a safe, caring environment and wide range of different social opportunities both in house and also within the community. The warm and friendly staff are exceptional!... All having many years experience and training, enabling them to deliver a high quality package of educationally stimulating and individual health care support for each member. This gives me 100% confidence that my daughter is in great hands while she’s there and that all of her complex needs are being met, and above all, she is SAFE (which to me, is priceless!) She now has somewhere she can go to socialise and have fun during the daytime, and to just BE HERSELF!
It’s fantastic news Satori House are expanding and will be offering even more exciting services in the future. I cannot sing high enough praises! The end of the first week has arrived at Satori House and I think all involved should feel immensely proud and satisfied of what has been achieved. The young people are processing all sorts of new experiences and new combinations of people and have had fun throughout. The staff's experience and enthusiasm in making sure these days are safe and challenging and happy and worthwhile and purposeful come s with huge amounts of emotional investment. I am thrilled and delighted that Rhys is part of this and so relieved that this group of people have kept the faith and brought Satori to reality. Thank you again.

Molly’s first week at satori house went very well. She has been more than happy to get on the bus and comes home with a big smile, what more could a Mum want!!! Massive thank you to all the staff that have made Satori an amazing place for our special young adults xxx

She loves having a uniform - she says it makes her feel like she belongs! She hasn’t had a uniform since year 8 and she’s desperately wanted one!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all the staff - Hannah is enjoying going and trusts the staff (both these things are rare with Han). There has been a big improvement in her self esteem and she’s so much happier - I’ve got my giggly cheeky girl back!!
